Hi,
I guess yo bios needs upgrading to be able to read you processor speeds.
Try that, but make sure u get the software from the manufacturer's website...

Ok got to run and type dxdiag click yes, and tell us you system specs so that i know the system model.
Better so please take a snapshot of dxdiag window.
