Cid Popups, need help

Hi there, These CID popups are driing me nuts!

I was told to try SmitFraud, didn't work!

I rebooted in safe mode, like I saw Howard telling other people, and showed all my hidden files, then I ran HJT. I didn't elete anything though, and my log is attached!

Let me know if you can help!
