CiD Removal Help

Here are the requested files, please help me get rid of this stupid CiD program.

Run adaware 2007, Spybot 15, AVG Antispyware, and AVG Antivirus.
Immediately shut down by pushing the off button. Then reboot to SAFE MODE, and run them again in SAFE MODE.
Shut down, reboot, rescan.
Then await Momok.

I followed the first 15 steps already. Still have the problem. CiD popups.
