Com port invalid / or busy

  1. I think I have tried everything! Attempting to connect to internet, when AOL 9.0 says “ com port invalid / or busy “ error message #02-01019. I’m also told application failed because CplBTQ00.EXE could not locate DailCnt.dll

    Uninstall AOL in while the computer is in Safe Mode, then reinstall it in regular mode.

    Thanks for responding fastco. I did as you said and still got the message, " CplBTQ00.EXE , application failed.Could not find DialCnt.dll". It also says to reinstall the application to fix. How would I do that? Thanks mycali2002
