Computer crashes every 5-24 hrs (still) minidumps attached !help!

My pc goes as follows:

lian li pc-60usb case
antec truepower 480 2.0 psu
intel 945psw mobo
intel pentium D 820 processor
zalman 7700 heatsink/fan
belken 'silicon image 0680a' raid card
ati brand x700 pcix16 video card
liteon pos dvdrw
WD 'special edition 8mb' 120GB hDD (system)
seagate 400GB, WD 300GB, and WD 120GB attached to raid card

my system crashes for no apparent reason every 5-24 hours, lately it has been getting worse, i attached the zalman thinking it was cpu heat but this is not the case. i've attached the last few minidumps please help!
 
Your problem is almost certainly caused by Sacm2K.sys. This is a driver of some description. I can`t find any useful info for this driver. Do you recognise it?

Possibly a modem driver??
