Computer Freezes after, 2-5 mins of playing Call of Duty 2

Hello, I've just installed call of duty 2,
and after about 2-5mins of playing my computer Freezes,
what can I do? I've tried everything I could think of, I can run FarCry 3/Tomb Raider on full graphics. and I how I can't run an old game like that. Please help

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
RAM: 2GB

What version of Windows is installed? Go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and see if there is an update for your video card drivers...
