Computer lags in games

My computer lags in every single game I play and I just bought a new cpu power suply and motherboard can anyoe please help me?
Specs: graphics card: nvidia geeforce GTX 680twin frozer3
Motherboard:MSI Z87 MPOWER, Socket-1150
ATX,Z87,DDR3,3xPCIe-x16,SLI/CFX,HDMI,DP,WiFi,WiDi
CPU:Intel Core i7-4770K Processor
Socket-LGA1150, Quad Core, 3.5GHz, 8MB, 84W, HD460
and a brand new windows 7 profesional 64 bit pleeease help

Are you using updated graphic drivers? This is usually the case with a lot of people. What are your temps like? Did you overclock your card or processor at all? What sort of settings are you trying to play your games on? A GTX 680 should handle most games perfectly fine. But, you never know. Are you running any other programs while trying to game?

Download the latest driver from: http://goo.gl/nCkxcv. Chose the "Custom Install" and check the box that states "Clean Install".
