Computer Running Slow - Help Interpreting Log

My computer is suddenly running ridiculously slow... I have attached the Hijack this log. Can anyone help me interpret the log? And as a side not, when you look at the log, what are you looking for? Thanks a lot.

try to run chkdsk and adaware....and if you have any anti vir then scan with it....tell me if anithing happens
