Computer will not reboot after removing threat on Kaspersky

So yesterday I felt my computer had a virus so I ran Kaspernsky and it said a threat was detected and should I remove it so I clicked yes. It said it was removed and needed to be rebooted so I restarted it and now it will not pass the "Starting Windows" screen. When it gets there it just restarts all over. So I tried to restart in safe mode but it says "Loading files" and then it restarts. Then it asks to try try Startup repair, which I do. It takes all night for it to finsih and says it can't be fixed. i'm lost. Please help.

The hard drive's data may be corrupted. Since you can't complete a start up repair, you may have to re-install Windows fresh
