Constant Static on SB Live Value

[Psychemaster]

OK, so I plugged in the card, installed drivers from Creative's site, and now I get static from the moment Windows boots up. Anyone know why, and how I can stop it?

try muting the AUX and Line In inputs in the volume control panel.

They were already muted -.-. Only things that aren't are Wave, Midi and CD.
