Critical Error

Hey guys,

Another one of these "Critical Error!" ones for you guys to try and help me out with.

The only differernce I have compared to the other ones is that I constantly have a Windows Installer trying to install WinDVD.

If you could help me with this as soon as possible it would be fantastic.

EDIT: I am also unable to uninstall InterVideo WinDVD 8, it stops me instantly when I try to uninstall

Yet I still have the same Critical Error stuff, and these WinDVD Installers are still popping up.

Uninstall in SAFE MODE
or go to www.majorgeeks.com and download the free RegCleaner by Juoni Viourno, then use RegCleaner to remove the WinDVD stuff. It will move the uninstalled items to a backup in case you need to reinstall them due to an error

The critical error virus seems to be gone now, but I'm still having issues with the WinDVD installer loading on startup. Do you think if I uninstall Windows Installer and reinstall it that my problem will be solved?
