Defragging question

There are software capable of realtime Fragment Prevention, I use Perfect Disk Pro 14. I have 2TB HDD and its working fine without manual defragmentation since 2 years

Been using Diskeeper pro 15, it is, as they say, set it and forget it.

It must play heck to find all the little pieces of files to load anything and use about 200% more seeks.

Seek time on SSDs is 0ms, as it's all electrical switching This is the primary reason for SSD performance improvement on HDs.
