Display issue on Nvidia inno3d graphics card (2gb)

I have a graphic card of Nvidia inno3d GF-GT610. The issue is when I connect the card to system it's fan works but did not show the display whats causes should be involved in this issue and should it be repaired or not. thanks is any body knows reply
