Do I have to uninstall drivers from Radeon 580 to use the 5700?

New to pc stuff still so I dont know if I have to I tried to run re2 and the game kept freezing before it even loaded while a game like hell blade started up fine. if I have to how do I do it

I always use DDU (see DOWNLOADS above) before installing freshly downloaded drivers from AMD.
