Do Intel Coffee Lake chips still have that bending problem?

Some time ago there were people talking about how you could easily bend a 7700K while it's in the socket al;l because Intel was cheaping out on the PCB by making it thinner than it used to be. So the question is... do Coffee Lake chips still have this problem? Is bending still a problem?

I want to build a new system soon but I've been lately scared to death about building one because of this bending issue. I've built systems before, the one I'm on right now I built myself but that was before Intel went stupid with the thinner PCB.

Coffee Lake has zero reported incidents of bending so far.

=/ trparky grab a moist wipe and take that sweat off your face and just build the coffelake computer.

Just use plastic tweezers or thin tweezers and line the bent pins carefully.
I had to do that last christmas but core i5 7400 works after 2 minutes.
