DVD Santa encoder keeps crashing

Keep trying to convert and the encoder in Dvd Santa keeps crashing...System includes: Windows XP Pro W Svc Pack 3, Althon XP 64
+3700, 1.5Gb Memory, and All In wonder Radeon....It goes for about 2 minutes then crashes, Using DvdSanta version 4.5, Build 27387.
