E150 won't start up

I closed down my pc for an electrical storm. When I restarted it, the lights on the two dvd/cd drives flashed back and forth....it never did boot. I shut it down and tried again, same thing. after that a restart did nothing.

The power supply or the motherboard might have been damaged by a thunderstorm power surge or power loss
