Edit SendTo options in Vista

I´m trying to add some programs (notepad and irfanview) to the "Sendto" right-click option in Vista x64, but I can´t find the Sendto folder. Does anyone know how to do this?

The directory is \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Windows \ SendTo.
