Please provide specifications for computer? Provide information on Make and Model of computer, or please provide list of parts (including the make and model of each main part) Can not give any help without knowing what we are working with.

Are you using the ports on the new video card to hook up your monitor. if you are what happens. do you see anything on your monitor when you turn on the pc, can you get into the BIOS
  5. yes I have been using the ports on the card in which whenever I do the screen shows "no signal". I have already switched the BIOS to use the PCI express ports as priority and nothing is happening still.

Ok I see your motherboard is using NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE, so here is what I would do. Take out the new video card and boot into windows with just the motherboard video. once inside windows remove everything that has to do with NVIDIA using the Programs and Features in the Control Panel. then shutdown and install new video card and see if that works. if it does work make sure the first thing you do is to install the AMD drivers from here
