eMachines Hard Drive to USB Enclosure Device Partition Issue

The hard drive from an eMachines desktop put into a USB enclosure kit is showing up on computer with a system partition which I removed in Disk Utility and the main partition (Drive label: x:\emachines; x=drive letter). When inserting it to a USB device such as my Blu ray player it will only show files from the system partition not the main partition in which my video files are stored. Is there a fix for this?
