Error message at start up

I keep getting the following message at start up:
error loading c:\windows\system32\rsfniiex.dll
then "the specified module could not be found"
any advice how to repair the error?

Try Startup Control Panel
Or Autoruns

Locate rsfniiex.dll and disable it

That is apparently NOT a normal XP based dll so it may have been from an app or virus you removed but is still listed in the bootup area as a driver to load.

You could try running a registry cleaner and see if it clears it up.
