Hi, I have a windows server 2003 with an event id 1003.
error code 000000d1, parâmetro1 00000003, parâmetro2 00000002, parâmetro3 00000000, parâmetro4 b9536917.


I enclose the dump file. Can you help me figure out where the faulting device is?

Your minidump crashes at mvstdi5x.sys. This is the Anti-Virus Mini-Firewall Driver belongs to the software VirusScan or VirusScan (Enterprise, ASaP & Retail.) or NaiAvTdi by Network Associates, Inc (nai.com).

Your minidump also references several other files, including mfetdik.sys, which is a McAfee file.

Are you running more than one antivirus programme? If so, you should uninstall one AV programme as it can cause serious conflicts etc.

Hi, No i'm just running one antivirus program on the server, NAI VirusScan Enterprise 8.5.0i

Do you think that reinstalling should solve the problem?

Reinstalling to the latest version may help.

If it doesn`t, then perhaps using a different AV programme might.
