folders not opening

Hi, I am having muliple issues and would appreciate any and all help that is out there! Main thing is when I go to certain folders and try to open them...they wont open, no error message or anything at all like that. I cannot open disk defragmenter, or the add/remove progs for example. I am attaching a hijack this log in hopes someone can help me!!!

Ughhhh, I am getting the message "To be able to post links or images your post count must be 5 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Please remove links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post." from techspot when I try to post my thread after copy/pasting my hijack this log onto the end of it.....help?

Have a look at:

UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

And attach the logs (note: even a member with 1 post, can attach logs)

Sorry, guess the frustration got to me and I got ahead of myself.....am working on the 8 steps now and will attach the logs to thread when completed...
