Well scientists (astrophysicists) will say you are the crackpot to believe we are the only intelligent life in the billions of stars in just this one galaxy. However I doubt we would be given much tech because we weaponize everything... And this civilization is still in a early teenager phase... people still die from hunger and disease, suffer poverty because of our belief systems and circumstances. I would not deal with earth humans if I did not have to.

There is a big distinction between acknowledging that there are so many planets in our universe, that the probability of big numbers kicks in force, and believing in aliens visiting us and having secret negotiations.
