Freezing

Hello i have a question i bought a new pc. a Gateway nv52. whenever iam using it it some time just stops and the screen goes black but the system is still on the fan and lights but none of the buttons work so i have to restart it. after that i restart it and everything is fine until the next time. this is a new pc i dont know a thing about pc if some one could lend me a hand id would be grateful thanks

Hi clay. When something is still under warrenty and especially as new as your system is we often suggest that you immediately contact the manufacture and have them fix your issue(s). It is their responsibility to do so.

Make sure you give them the important details of your symptoms.
