Game freeze

I'm having problem with my computer since I've upgraded my computer. The problem is when I play, after 5 minutes games the game freezes and goes to desktop and only sound come but game icon is on taskbar, when I click on it to open, it comes up and runs but runs like there is no enough graphic card.
Is there something wrong with graphic card or power supply?

Have you tried to download and install all the latest drivers?

What have you upgraded on your PC?

Freezes are often related to faulty memory or the graphics card/drivers. Check for the latest drivers for the graphics card as suggested above and then to test your memory run it with one removed, if no change try it with the other one.

my driver version is latest and I checked the rams before everything is fine.
I'm thinking its maybe because of the power supply, cuz its 500 watt and 3 years old. motherboard needs 500 watt and GPU 300 watt, so psu loose power by time, right? I think power supply is not giving enough of watt. What you guys think?

I upgraded motherboard and Cpu and rams.

I fixed the problem
it was the power supply. I change it to gigabyte superb 720 watt and now running without any problem.
