Graphics card high pitch

So I found my old graphics card stored in a box. I took it out and thought about trying it again. So I took out My exisiting grapics card, and put in the different grapics card. So I went to turn it on and it just made the highst annoying pitch noise.

Just like this video:
Does anyone have a solution?

First, remove old driver with DDU and try it again.

Remove card from system, using magnification and strong light - examine closely - especially capacitors - brown spots? pushed out tops? black sooty spots?

This could be 'coil whine' which you just might locate with a non-conductive probe with a soft tip - and if you do find it, a dab of glue might dampen it. Don't get zapped.

Locate manuals for motherboard, video card and power supply.
"6 pin PCI Express power cable" is probably a cable from power supply which provides extra power to the video card - it should be part of the cabling from the power supply and it is likely needed on the video card - upper right edge connector
