Haylou GT1 sound problem

Hello,
today I finally got my Haylou GT1 earbuds and I'm a little bite disappointed. When I´m listening something, when it's quieter, I hear noise on background. When I stop audio, it last about next 8 second and then it's silent. Can I do something with it or I need to reclamation?

I have exact the same problem with the haylou gt1 pro. Factory reset does not work for me
