What are your other specs? Are you using the stock HS?
What is the Ambient room temp, have you tried increase the vcore voltage? That's usually the best place to start.

Mmmm..
I have 8800gt, 500watt PSU,
Ambient Room Temp is around 30s

I did Tried to Raise the Vcore to 1.32. Still same result
