Help! Random BSOD on my HP Tablet PC

Hi,

I'm a HP TC4200 Tablet PC user on Windows XP SP2 (Tablet PC edition).
Only upgrade I've done long time ago is 512mb to 1gb ram. I used to face BSOD problem on this system, due to the ram, but have since changed and working fine till 2 wks ago.

I face several BSODs a day, which is especially frustrating as my exams are this week!

I've tried to follow the step recommended in other posts, such as removing my additional 512mb ram, but to no avail, it still hangs! Since it's a laptop, I can't do much with other parts of it. BSODs occur rather randomly (eg. surfing net, normal MS word, etc).

I got the following error in Windows Event Viewer:
Product: Windows Operating System
Event ID: 1003
Source: System Error
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG
Message: Error code %1, parameter1 %2, parameter2 %3, parameter3 %4, parameter4 %5.

Can someone pls help me find out what's wrong with my laptop? Desperately in need of help...I've attached my minidumps to this thread.

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi,

Two of the crashes are crashed with Bug Check code F4 with in-page I/O error. It is related to bad paging space. Run chkdsk /r and re-create the paging space will resolve the problem. Refer the following problems:

case 1, case 2 and case 3
