Help reading my benchmark

So now I've gotten rid of the blue screens by taking out the bad piece of RAM but most games still crash or lock up in menus. So I decided to benchmark my graphics card and this is what I've received I don't know what a lot of it means but if you see something wrong I'd like to know because it said I scored low for my PC.

This is probably the problem. It didn't get your gpu specs correctly.

Had 8gb only have 4gb in now just because I was testing stuff now I'm waiting on the RMA'd Ram to get here to rule it out.

This is probably the problem. It didn't get your gpu specs correctly.

After doing the research that program doesn't read like extremely new video cards stats correctly so that isn't the issue I made sure of that.
