Help with PC upgrade

I received the following pc as a gift. Unfortunately the graphics are extremely lacking when I play Fallout 4. I don't want to tell the person who gifted this to me that it isn't exactly what I was looking for so what can I do to upgrade it? Thank you for any advice. I have an Nvidia GTX560Ti. Will that work with this system?

560Ti is much better than GT720. Fallout 4 uses outdated and crappy engine though so don't expect too much.

Just remember to check that PSU is good enough.
