HiJackThis Log File for Malware

I have tried all of the tools I am aware of...AdAware, Spybot, Malwarebytes...and cannot get rid fo the balloon from the lower right hand corner "System Alert! Spyware detected...blah, blah, blah.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
