How can I connect my tablet ACER ICONIA TAB 8 W1-810 to a computer with a cable?

I've connected my tablet to a computer with Windows 10 using a USB to MicroUSB cable and nothing shows up in Windows Explorer. I've also gone to the support Acer website for this tablet but I cannot see any USB driver to download.

There is no need for a USB driver. Just like attaching a phone to a computer, you have to select the type of connection you want to use, using the micro-USB cord. Things like a multi-media device or a data connection device
