How do I make my laptop use my bluethooth headset

How do I make my laptop use my bluethooth headset. The headset shows up in then bluetooth thing in my control panel

If i plug headphones into my laptop then it works fine. For some reason it does not want to send the sound to the bluetooth headset when it is connected.

I know this is kind of an obvious question, but I have to ask, have you installed all the drivers?

I didnt get any drivers with it that i know of

Have you tried going to the manufacturer's website and seeing what they have, and what is the model information for what you are trying to use

it is a Motorola HS820 and i did not find any drivers for computers on there site. I only found software u have to buy and software for a phone
