How to access 650GB storage available on WD 7500 AAC USB external drive

Hello to all experts: I am very new to this, need help:

I have WD 7500 AAC USB external drive; It has three partitions, 33 GB each; the remainder about 650 GB is some where; I want to use the remaining storage space.

What is your OS?
Why do you have 3 33 GB partitions?
Post a screenshot of disk management or provide the info therein.

Just repartition with any partition manager like Easeus Partition Master.
