How to adjust clock speed in bios on HP Pavilion p6110f

I accidentally ordered a completely overkill heat sink in order to upgrade the CPU and I figure since I should have completely sufficient cooling for such a task I'd look into it. the bios doesn't support over clocking by default on the used IPIBL-LB (Benicia board so if anyone knows if I can change to a different bios or if there's some kind of work around it would be appreciated. I'll look to see what the current bios is and report in a minute

In the actual bios it said v2.61, and on the start up screen where it says how to access stuff it says v5.39

I also found out recently about doing bsel or pin modding so if anyone knows if that can be done for a core 2 q9650 it would be appreciated
