How to remove malware with ghost installer

I am far from a computer expert and need some help. A boggle trial game was downloaded onto our PC through Oberon Media. When I try to remove it through the add/remove programs, it says fiile not found, ghost installer. We have Trend Micro on our system which is not finding a virus but Microsoft is noting it as spy/malware. Where do I begin to remove it? Thanks.
