HTPC Graphic Improvement

Hi guys, currently I have a GT 420 1gb GDDR3 in my system for light video editing, web browsing and mostly watching HD/Bluray movies on a 23" 1080 HD monitor. Recently my friend offer to sell me a Radeon HD 7570 1gb for a fairly low price. I searched a few benchmark sites stating the HD 7570 is better.
Can anyone tell me what is the real world different (in terms of Image quality) between the both? Is the worth the money to upgrade? Thanks...

Intel i5-3470, 8gb Ram (2x 4gb), Nvidia GT 420, 128gb M4 SSD + 1 Tb HDD

Yes the video card is better, but for web browsing, watching HD/Blueray movies and light video editing I do not think u will see any substantial difference, now uif u'r card is getting old and this is a much newer card then yes it would worth quiet a bit more.

Hi Nickc, thanks for replying. I did some search online, found the HD 7570 is likely to be an OEM card and AMD has no supports for driver updates. The best driver updates are from HP/Dell which dated back to 2013. Will this post a problem cause I am not using HP/Dell pc? Thanks...
