A friend of mine bought an airtel Huawei EG162G usb stick modem after using it for some months he came to me to report that the modem isnt browsing even though it is connected and the data plan is active. I checked evrything, the only thing I noticed in the diagnostic information is that the MSISDN number is not displayed insted it is displaying unknown.
I have tried to change the firmware by upgrading even downgrading but not working. I even unlocked it so that I would be able to use other types of sim, it's still the same thing. I need someone to put me through on this
