I can't update my BIOS

Ok so I have a custom build PC. I have a Asus P5K motherboard. I have upgraded to Windows 7 due to vista sucking *** lmao. But the only problem with that is, my motherboard is not compatable with Windows 7. I keep getting the BSOD because i need to update my BIOS. What can I do to fix this..." BECIDES GOING BACK TO VISTA" ¿

Have you tried using the Asus "EZ Flash 2" utility? Here is ASUS download page for your motherboard:
