I have spyware that won't go away

I've tried everything listed on this forum. My Internet connection is broken. When I plug another machine onto the same connection it works fine. I can't download patches for anti spyware, get email, or web. It's as if the spyware broke my tcp/ip setting.

One thing to note. When I Load my web browser it takes me to google.com. Even if I change the homepage it still bring me back to google, but nothing every loads.

Thank you very much for your help.

When I load firefox, internet explorer, it goes right to google.com then the page doesn't load. The address bar says www dot google dot com(1) and the browser read that it can't find the page. I also can't connect to get update on any of my spyware software. It says no connection. I can't down load mail, but I can send.

The funny thing is that untill I started to try to remove the spyware I could see google search and news, but then even that stopped working. I know that my broswer and connection has been hi jacked but I can't figure out how....

We can try to run a winsockfix go to the link below and download the software then run it and select

ReG-Backup then Fix. Now reboot and try internet.
