I want to make more speed for 3D Tool - mainboard

Recently, I need more speed for my computer.
Basically I want upgrade hardware but I am not expert: I need some advice.
I am using my computer for Computer Animation: Mostly Autodesk Maya.

I am in the middle of learning Animation Part and realize if I am going to use MentalRay with Animation,
I have to wait a long time [I believe].

Currently my computer's spec:
i5 2500K.
ASRock P67 EXTREME 4
8GB of RAM
GTX 560TI of 1GB

Which hardware should upgrade ?

As I said before, currently I have "ASRock P67 EXTREME 4 - Mainboard"
IF I want to buy "Intel Core i7 4770K" , Can I still use my current Mainboard ?

No. 4770K is for socket 1150 while your motherboard has socket 1155. They are not compatible.
