Infected with Protection Control Panel

I need some help here. I run Mcafee Security Center on a Windows Vista Machine. I keep getting a suspicious program popping up telling me that my machine is infected with a virus. I see other posts in this forum discussing problems with this program. I have installed HiJackThis and I will include an attachment of the log. Please help!
