Install front panel card reader and a USB 2x4 PCI card before first boot?

    do i physicaly instal front panel card reader and a usb 2 x4 pci card before 1st boot of bios and before new install of win 7 64 , or after ?

    Before. Did you get a driver(s) CD with the card reader?

    no (generic )

    for the rcard reader

    i think there was a driver with the usb pci card, but oldish (xp)

    I recommend installing Windows and chipset, LAN, audio and video drivers before installing expansion cards and other non-essential components. If you have any start up problems, they will be easier to diagnose with fewer hardware items installed. Once you have everything working fine, install each new item one at a time.
