Intel forced to return to 22nm manufacturing

AMD has always been competitive. Just not in performance. I use AMD for cost reasons, not performance. And so Intel wouldn't be a monopoly. If it was the reverse, I would use Intel.
Well, yes you are right they were competitive in the last years on price.
But now they are both competitive on price and performance.
Considering how Intel has maybe 2 SKU that compete at all, and there is still quite a premium on those two SKU...

AMD kicking up the performance has been a nice bonus.
 
While I am sure there is either none or minimal, seeing has H310 didn't bring noticable performance difference from H110 -- any possible performance difference?
 
Intel is in very peculiar situation right now. They have a shitton of demand they can't fulfill yet they can't build more 14nm fabs since 10nm is just around the corner (and theoretically has been there for the last 2 years) yet not quite there yet.
