Intel promises microcode update for crashing CPUs won't affect performance

Unsurprisingly Intel has lied again.

It's less of a hit than the power profiles and other fixes that have been pushed over time. But *again* a few percent that is shaven off, including some excesses of up to 10%.
At this rate AMD is now also the best for productivity work. And we haven't even seen the 9950x yet.
