Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3.06 Ghz or Pentium 4 3.00 Ghz

I have a little problem here. I have that intel in my pc right now and I found that pentium in a pc at my father work and now my question is:
Which is better for my pc? My motherboard suport pentium 4 soo I want to know which is better. Thanx.

According to that chart the pentium 4 3.0 is better.
