Hi all,
I recently moved to a new apartment and have a bit of a weird set up. The modem/router are in one room, and my main PC is connected via two ethernet Cat7 cables and a F-to-F connector. My WiFi has had a few issues cutting out, but I've been able to work on a remote desktop application successfully so I'm thinking it's actually the router or the connector that's the issue.
I just had webpages stop loading and double checked on my phone while connected to WiFi, and it also didn't respond, so leaning toward the router. I checked the logs, and it had this:
Time Priority Code Message
Feb 13 2016 12:20:51 4-Error E107.0 SW upgrade Failed after download - Incompatible SW file
Feb 13 2016 12:20:25 6-Notice E102.0 SW Download INIT - Via Config file d11_m_sb6141_silver_c01.cm

Feb 13 2016 12:20:17 5-Warning Z00.0 MIMO Event MIMO: Stored MIMO=-1 post cfg file MIMO=-1;CM-MAC=20:3d:66:04:20:b3;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:7a:d0:5c;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Can anyone confirm from those errors if it's likely a router, connector, or possibly provider issue?
Thanks for the help!
