IP address is not renewing

Hello All,

I am new if i am in the wrong place sorry!!!
When I try to connect to the wireless network my computer will not let me.
When I try to repair it can not acquire a new IP address.
Can anyone help me please.

What operating system are you using?

Did it work previously, or is this the first time you've tried it?

Have you tried resetting the wireless router/access point to see if it resolves the issue?

this is usually an indication of the necessity to update the router firmware
